Return Policy: We offer a 30-day wear test guarantee on footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your new shoes, you can return them within 30 days, hassle-free. This excludes customized or worn items.

For general returns, we accept returns on most items purchased within 30 days, provided they are returned in their original condition (brand new, unworn, unwashed, and unembellished). Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them. Domestic exchanges are shipped via standard ground service at no additional charge. Allow 1-2 weeks for exchanges to be processed.

The cost of using each label is $5.95 (domestic use only), deducted from your merchandise credit. If we made an error, we will provide a return label at no cost to you. If you return merchandise at your own cost, please retain tracking numbers and receipts. We are not responsible for lost items en route.
